Terms under which this website is made available to you.

1. This is a service agreement (hereafter 'agreement') between "enjoyingMaharaji", (hereafter known as 'we' or 'us') and anyone (hereafter 'you') who accesses, contributes materials and or uses the web site at enjoyingMaharaji.org (hereafter 'website') (other than to read this agreement for the first time).

2. By submitting or sending us any material you become a contributor (hereafter "contributor") and automatically grant us a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to use any and all rights under any and all copyrights, publicity rights, trademark,and other proprietary rights embodied in such material in unlimited quantity (in whole or in part) worldwide, and/or to incorporate it in other works in any medium now known or hereafter developed for as long as any such copyright or similar right may exist in such material. Contributor also permits anyone else who accesses or use the web site to access, view, store or reproduce the material for that individual's personal use.

3. The web site contains no separately copyrighted and trademarked materials and other proprietary information, and the entire contents of the web site are not copyrighted. You may copy, modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer of sale, create derivative works, and in any way exploit, any of the content, in whole or in part. You may download all the material and either store one copy on your computer or print out one copy for your own personal non-commercial use only. Republication and redistribution without our express written consent is completely OK.

4. The contributions published on the web site are the personal expressions of the contributors. The contributors are solely responsible for any errors or omissions contained in such contributions. Furthermore the contributor guarantees us that all materials they submit to us are lawful and do not infringe on any copyright or trademark, are not libellous, and do not contain obscene content. Contributor also agrees to be solely liable for any injury or damage caused by their submission of any materials and to indemnify us for any such injury or damage.

5. Since we only have a licence to many of the materials submitted by our contributors contained on the web site, you need to contact the original author to get their permission to use their copyrighted materials. We cannot grant you any rights that we did not receive in licence from the original author.

6. THE WEB SITE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS', WE DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

7. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER INDIVIDUALS WHO ACCESS OR USE THIS WEB SITE. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEB SITE.

8. We have the right to change, or terminate terms and conditions of this agreement at any time. Such changes shall become effective when posted on enjoyingMaharaji.org web site. Any use of the enjoyingMaharaji.org web site after such changes shall be deemed an acceptance of the changes. We also have the right to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the web site at any time.

9. This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia and parties hereto hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Justice in Latvia.

10. By accessing and using the enjoyingMaharaji.org web site you agree to the above terms. You agree that we have fulfilled our side of the agreement by providing you with access to the web site. Wow, how paranoid is this stuff, I wonder why?
